September updates
Latest timetable:
Monday 7pm @ Garioch Sports Centre in Inverurie.
Sunday 4pm at XTS in Aberdeen.
Additional workshops and classes available on demand!
Saturday's GSC workshop was ace fun. Nice padded floor for mobility work, kettlebells exposed to new beginners and just the ending I ilke.. Sweat and smiles!
As promised, the TGU reel bumped to the top again for reference...
