ABERDEEN'S next Beginner Kettlebell Workshop!
When: Wednesday 24th November
Where: The Garioch Sports Centre, Inverurie
Time: 7-10pm
This could be the last workshop of 2010 for KBA and the max number is 16. Call the GSC on 01467 626141 to reserve your place.
This workshop is your complete beginners guide to training with the kettlebells. We include mobility and bodyweight skills also. It's a quick 3 hours! Non GSC members cost is £45, while members cost is £40.
Call and reserve today and end the year doing something new and you will be ready to kick start the new year with one hellova training style - Kettlebell fitness is to be Witnessed!!
